Theologically, we are a reformed church - 1689 2nd London Baptist Confession of Faith.

We emphasize the worship of the Triune God through prayer and the consistent, in-depth, expository proclamation of His truth from the Holy Scriptures.

This confession accurately reflects solid biblical teaching. A confession does not replace Scripture, the highest standard by which any work is to be judged, but helps clarify teaching and provide the basis of doctrinal unity among the congregation.

The 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith, also known as the Second London Baptist Confession, is a statement of faith that was adopted by English Particular Baptists in 1689. It is considered one of the most important confessions of faith for Reformed Baptists and is still used by many Baptist churches today.

The confession consists of 33 chapters that outline the fundamental beliefs of these Baptists, including their beliefs on the doctrines of the Trinity, the Bible, the nature of God, the fall of man, redemption through Jesus Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit, and the end times.

The 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith is considered a “reformed” confession because it is based on the principles of the Protestant Reformation and the theology of many Reformed theologians. The confession emphasizes the sovereignty of God, the centrality of the gospel, and the authority of the Bible.
